At the Canadian Red Cross shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases; if you are not, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All proceeds from our shop support our humanitarian mission, so we strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible for our supporters.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with their tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure box to ensure the garment's protection.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid Canada Post return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any Canada Post location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
